That is why we have created two pipelining methods for you to still participate without having to be in attendance. Obviously, nothing provides you as much exposure and impact as being present at the Sales Career Forum™, but RESUME MATCH™ and RESUME SOURCE™ are great ways of staying in touch with the best active jobseekers in marketplace. Every candidate meets with one of our experience recruiters to critique and validate sales experience, education and job history.

Resume Match – First, your company is placed in our advertising, consisting of our website, online, internet job boards and on-site at the event. We gather a comprehensive description of your ideal candidate profile so we will have a great understanding of what you are looking for. We also learn about your business and the sales positions available so we can generate the most interest in your opportunity to those ideal candidates attend the program and are deemed the best fit. As we are taking the candidates through the event job-screening process, we identify the persons who meet your hiring criteria. We generate interest then collect a resume from each individual candidate who meets your profile. You now have a warm start from not only those HOT candidate resumes that are interested and meet your profile, but also resumes from everybody that attends the program. 

Resume Source – Our Sales Career Forums are designed to draw the most exceptional and diverse sales talent. We will send you a current compilation of resumes from consenting candidates, from the most recent event held in that specific territory. You then can make contacts to the candidates to generate interest in your opportunity. All candidates will have given their written consent and approval to be contacted by our clients about sales opportunities.

Whether your company has one opening or multiple openings, the SITC Email Blast is an effective vehicle for promoting your current or future sales openings. Many clients use Email Blasts to build their candidate pipelines, advertise company open houses, current or future openings and more.

Sales Source I – For a flat fee our sales recruiters will source between 4-6 pre-screened and pre-qualified candidates that meet your critical job requirements and hiring profile. One geographic region or location per project. By using multiple channels, starting with our extraordinary internal sales database to find the best candidates in the marketplace, we will proactively contact candidates on our client’s behalf. We conduct very thorough interviews assessing technical skills and personality traits compared with your predetermined candidate profile. We then develop a short list of candidates to present to you along with a brief summary to help you choose the top candidates to pursue. Cheaper than contingency or direct placement, but price based on such factors as job profile, diversity component, geography, etc…

JobFit™ – We conduct a Q&A with the client to define more than just your critical job requirements. We take things into consideration such as office environment and corporate culture, selling philosophy and selling style to determine which candidates will thrive on your sales team. Also included in the assessment are determining what type of sales experience, sales skills required to be successful, sales cycle and goals etc… We then take Premium members through a sales evaluation and motivated abilities assessment to conclude what environment the candidate will fit the best. Then we match our client to the candidate who best exhibits the traits that are most desirable and preferred.

SalesMatch™ – A query is conducted through our proprietary internal database of the highest rated candidates that we have in a particular marketplace. Based on the client’s critical job requirements, we then do a SalesMatch™ assessment with the best candidates in that market. You then have the opportunity to interview these top candidates to determine fit.
