(IRC), a Maryland-based, minority-owned, sales recruiting and consulting firm established in 1999, announced today that it has launched www.SalesInTheCity.com . Sales in the City™ (SITC), is a new web-based platform offering sales professionals many tools necessary to manage and enhance their sales careers. Some of the resources include creating a 3-dimensional digital member profile including a 30 second member video introduction (Pitch 30™), 3 minute video resume (Optical Resume™), job search options, mentorship offerings, sales training and education and as well as networking opportunities. Member groups include a variety of profiles including non-job seeking members that are happily and gainfully employed sales professionals, active jobseekers, passive jobseekers, diversity sales professionals, career changers and college students aspiring for a career in sales.
