Mike Palmore, Sales in the City™, Founder & Senior Managing Partner: Mike’s sales experience started in 1994 at the Federal Business Council where in 2 short years he rose from the position of Federal Events Manager to the level of Executive Director. His responsibilities included producing Information Technology sales programs and events for agency accounts such as the FBI, CIA, NASA, Dept. of Justice, Dept. of Treasury, Johnson Space Center, Washington Navy Yard, Fort McPherson, the Pentagon and many others. His experience in sales recruiting began in 1996 as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager for a small private sales consulting firm. In 1999 he co-founded Integrated Recruiting Consultants, creating a national client portfolio including Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Merck, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, Sanofi, Stryker, Medtronic, Xerox, Pitney Bowes, FedEx, Staples, Prudential, AFLAC and many more. Managing a successful Sales Recruitment firm, serving as Sr. Managing Partner, his chief responsibilities include CEO, CFO, COO, Chief Diversity Officer and Director of National Sales duties. Mike graduated cum laude, from the University of Maryland at College Park. with a degree in Business & Political Science.
